What is PickGuru?

PickGuru is the home of sports guru’s. A social gaming platform combining betting and fantasy sports built for UK fans. PickGuru allows players to make predictions from a range of categories in our unique game formats and play against friends and fellow fans to win cash prizes.

Is PickGuru Regulated?

Pick Guru is the trading name of Shiggle Betwork limited, company number 12527452, registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ and is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission under licence number 057640-R-333355-002.

What if I have forgotten my password?

Click on the forgotten password link and enter the email address you used to create your account and you will be sent an email to allow you to reset your password. Once you reset your password you will be able to log back in to your account as normal. 

How to deposit monies into my account?

You can access your wallet by clicking on the account icon on the bottom of the and clicking on the deposit funds section. Click on the deposit icon, enter your desired amount and follow the instructions to enter your card details. Confirmation of your deposit will be sent to your registered e-mail address for your records. All of our withdrawals are managed by our third party payment gateway. Funds will appear in your wallet immediately but may take up to 5 working days to be debited from your bank account or debit card. Please note that PickGuru does not store any card details or financial information from our users. If you are experiencing difficulty making a deposit, please contact us at support@pickguru.app.

How to withdraw monies from my account?

You can access your wallet in either by clicking on the account icon on the bottom of the and clicking on the withdrawal section. Where possible we are required to send funds back to the payment method that was used to deposit the original funds with. If it is not possible to withdraw funds using your deposit method, the we will process your withdrawal to your bank account via a bank transfer. All of our withdrawals are managed by our third party payment gateway. Please note that PickGuru does not store any card details or financial information from our users. How long do withdrawals take?

The amount of time that your withdrawal will take will vary on your withdrawal method, Please allow up to 5 working days. Confirmation of your withdrawal will be sent to your registered email address for your records. 

What currencies do you accept?

PickGuru accepts deposits from Visa Debit and Mastercard Debit.You may only deposit funds into your PickGuru account with a payment method that is held in your name.

How do I make changes to my notifications?

Within “settings” in the account section of the app you can select the notifications icon. This will allow you to turn on or off the notifications we send you. 

Can I make changes to my personal details?

Your contact details can be accessed and amended in the account section of the app. Some details such as your name and date of birth cannot be altered for security reasons. You should contact us at support@pickguru.app if these details require any corrections. Please note that any changes to address or date of birth may require us to re-verify your identity and we may request additional documentation.

How do I close my account?

PickGuru users do not have the ability to close their account directly. If you would like to close your account please contact us at support@pickguru.app.

How do you enter leagues?

Entering a league on the PickGuru app is really easy.

How do you amend a selection?

You can amend your selections up until 15 minutes before the game starts. This is done by finding the game you want to amend a selection in on the “Upcoming” section of the “My Games” menu. Under your selections, choose the player or team or score you wish to amend, make your new choice and “confirm your picks”. 

How do you create a mini-league and play with friends?

Creating a mini-league to play with your friends on the PickGuru app is really easy.

I have received a mini-league code, what do I do?

A mini-league code is inviting you to participate in a mini-league.

What if a league ends in a tie?

If a league ends in a tie, the prize pot is distributed amongst those players who tied. In the event of a three way tie where there was a prize pot distribution (after PickGuru commission) of £600, each player would receive 33.3% of the combined first, second and third prizes e.g. £600 being £200 each.

What if an event is postponed, suspended, cancelled or re-arranged?

In the event that a tournament is cancelled PickGuru will cancel and refund all pool game entries. If a tournament or event enters a suspended state due to weather, darkness, or for some other reason. PickGuru will wait until such time the tournament officials make a ruling on the outcome of the suspension before cancelling and refunding all pool game entries.

If I have won a league?

You can find all of the leagues you have entered in the “My Games” section of the app. This is broken down into leagues that are ‘Upcoming, In-play or Settled’. “Upcoming” lists all of the leagues you have entered that have not yet started. You can select any of these leagues and edit your selections up to 15 minutes before the league starts. “In-play” lists all of the leagues you have entered that have now started and are in-play. You can select any of these leagues to see where you are in the leaderboard. “Settled” lists all of the finished and settled leagues you have entered. For finished and settled leagues, your final position on the leaderboard is shown along with the value of any winnings that you have received. All winnings are credited to your wallet upon completion of the league.

Can I enter a game if I am overseas?

At present we are licensed only to take entries in our pool games and mini-leagues from UK based players only. 

How do I make a complaint?

Ensuring users are enjoying the product is a PickGuru priority. If there is anything you are unhappy about please let us know. Any complaints received will be dealt with in a fair, open and timely manner.

What is the complaints procedure?

PickGuru’s aim is to ensure that all players have a great experience at all time when playing our games, but we know that on occasions things go wrong. When this is the case we want to hear from you as soon as possible so we can resolve any issues quickly. 

Should you wish to raise a complaint please contact us at complaints@pickguru.app. Please not we are unable to resolve complaints via Social Media. If you contact us on Social Media you will be advised to raise your concerns via email in the first instance.

In order to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible you will need to provide us with as much detail as possible including your Name, address and the full details of your complaint. If you are not happy with the response you can escalate this to the PickGuru Dispute Resolution team who will investigate and make the final decision as soon as possible.
If a player is still not satisfied with the outcome of the dispute then they have the option to escalate the dispute to the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service https://ibas-uk.com/.
