You will be responsible for all paid-for marketing including the development of overall creative, strategy, optimisation and ROI analysis.
Manage all performance marketing activity across several platforms, with an initial focus and experience using FB (with the support of an external agency)
Analyzing data on a daily basis to perform ongoing optimizations, identify shift in trends and achieve KPI goals
Initiate and implement new test campaigns and techniques across multiple performance marketing channels (including influencer marketing) to scale new customers, delivering a ROI
Establish a framework for measurement of marketing performance, including KPIs, benchmarks, and acceptable ROI
Support the product team in actively managing the customer journey, understanding fall-out points in the conversion funnel and develop initiatives to increase conversions
Work with the content team to align our owned social media strategy with paid spend. Ensure appropriate tracking is in place to measure performance
Managing budgets and reporting internally on the marketing performance
Day to day management of external performance marketing agency to ensure delivery against targets
Supporting the CMO and founders in building a great team to deliver a best-in-class marketing strategy
